North African duo Riyad Boudebouz and Wahbi Khazri could be on their way out of French Ligue 1 side Saint Etienne.

Reports from French outlet L’Equipe say Algerian Boudebouz and his Tunisian club mate Khazri have been listed on Claude Puel’s list of seven players expected to leave the club this summer.

The same source says Puel and the management of the club are keen on reducing the wage bill of the club.

France international of Congolese origin Yann M’Vila who made 32 appearances in all competitions in the just-ended season has been included on the list of players who are expected to leave as Puel wants to give a chance to more young players from the club’s Academy.

29-year-old M’Vila is contracted at the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard till the summer of 2022 just like Ryad Boudebouz and Wahbi Khazri.

Khazri scored six goals and provided four assists from 22 games in the just-ended season while 30-year-old Boudebouz was involved in 29 games from which he scored twice and assisted four goals.

Saint Etienne ended the last term on the 17th spot and for the umpteenth time there will multiple multiple changes at the club.
