Aboudi Onguene was in the headlines in the Russian topflight championship on Monday for getting a goal and assist for CSKA.

Gabrielle Aboudi Onguene had a HAND in a spirited display for Russian club CSKA Moscow – as they beat Kubanochka Krasnodar 2-0 on the travel, to consolidate their grip on the top of the Russian Women’s premier league.

The 30-year-old Cameroon international assisted before putting Kubanochka through the sword with a beautiful goal of her own worthy of winning any game.

The speedster put an absolute pitch of a cross with her left foot for teammate Valeriya Bespalikova who headed home the first goal at the 3rd minute.

Onguene after providing the assist kept on galloping up and down the left channel before her hardwork finally paid dividends as she pounced on a loose ball at the 16 minute, beat her marker for pace and scored with her weaker left foot.

The performance of the Cameroon international in the first half did the damage as the game went on to finish 2-0.

The result for CSKA Moscow feminine means they have widened the gap between themselves and the second to 9 points (41) points for them, while second placed WFC Loko comes second in the log with 32 points after 15 games played.
