The prosecutors agreed to the conditions presented by his lawyers, with their only request being that Ronaldinho and his brother remain under police custody at the hotel.
As such, they will remain in Paraguay, where they have been since March 4.
The legal team had previously met with prosecutors on three occasions to secure house arrest and/or liberty, but were rejected.
It will be recalled that Ronaldinho arrested for allegedly trying to enter Paraguay with a fake passport.
The 40 year old was later imprisoned for the offense.
