For all his flips and tricks, videos have emerged of Ronaldinho and his partner both being lynched in a two aside foot-volley game in Paraguay where the football icon is currently detained.
Just over a fortnight ago, after celebrating his birthday, the Brazilian star has been well and truely ‘beaten’ by two inmates; one a robber, the other, a murderer who formed a superb combination that bamboozled Ronaldinho and teammate.
The spotlight has been on one time world’s best Ronaldinho since he was rounded off in, mid-March for using a fake Paraguayan passport.
It is clear that nothing can separate the 2002 world cup winner from the ‘joga bonito’ (the beautiful game) as he’s actively been involved in futsal games even under detention. This is not the first time Brazil’s former number 10 is flexing his muscles under custody. Ronaldinho showcased his showboating and in-depth knowhow in a prison, futsal finals tournament with five goals as his team won 11-2 on March 16, 2020.
In the outskirts prison of Paraguayan capital, Asuncion, the man most people nicknamed ‘juju’ continues to do what he loves while awaiting judgement.
A six months jail term is the penalty for Ronaldinho’s crime if indeed he is found guilty on all counts.
