Robert Oteiku Duncan, Central Regional Football Association Chairman has stated that the association cannot work in isolation in development of juvenile football and has therefore called for a stronger collaboration between the Regional Football Association (RFA), District Football Associations (DFAs) and Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives.
He stated this when he visited Twifu Atti-Morkwa District Assembly to canvass support for District Football Associations across the region.
“The DFAs cannot work in isolation so there is need to collaborate with the MMDCEs and all stakeholders to develop juvenile football,” he noted.
He reiterated his commitment towards ensuring that football gets to most part of the region through juvenile football.
Mr. Ishmael Anaman the District Coordinating Director who received the chairman, and his entourage on behalf of the District Chief Executive Robert Agyemang Nyantakyi
noted that football is a unique game and a unifier and welcomed the collaboration.
“The Assembly will do everything possible to support football in the district,” he assured.
“We are ready to find an office for the association and also any other support” he concluded.
