Former Eteki Memorial Sports Academy Captain, Egbe Martin impressed in Tiko United’s 1-0 win over Home boys, Prisons FC of Buea and bagged the Man of the Match award.
The midfield maestro contributed greatly to their 1-0 victory, lasting the duration of the game plus. His efforts throughout the game was later appreciated by the man of the match award despite the fact that he was not the goal scorer of that game.

Newly signed forward, Bissong Pascal scored the lone goal in that game to give Samba boys all three points at the 47’ of play after a goalless first half encounter. The clubs very first goal in the ongoing SW Regional league championship.
That was also the club’s very first win away in more than two years.
Pascal, making his debut for Tiko United FC, had scored in almost all eight preseason friendly games played. He scored three goals in three games.
The boys of Coach Kengo Raymond are third in Pool A which they share with Best Stars Academy of Limbe, Aljazeera SA Muyuka, Prisons FC, Termtsa, Continental FA, Little Foot FC and next match day opponent, NJalla Quan Sports Academy.
Samba boys will take on NJalla Quan next at home (Tiko Town Green Stadium) on Thursday according to Match day two schedule.
