Sadio Mane scored a stoppage time headers as Liverpool came from behind to beat beat Aston Villa 2-1 to consolidate their lead in the English Premier League on Sunday.

The 27-year-old Senegalese born played full time scored and assisted once as Liverpool extended their lead from title rivals Manchester City.

The European champions trailed at first half after Mahmoud Trezeguet got the opener but turned around to produced a superb second half comeback to triumph.

Andrew Robertson leveled for the Reds from Sadio Mane’s left foot cross at the 87min before the Senegalese international fired Liverpool to victory with a 90+4 minute header from Trent Alexander Arnold cross.

The former Southampton forward has scored 6 goals and 2 assist this season.

He emerged joined top scorer of the English League in the previous campaign.

Liverpool host Manchester City at Anfield next week.
