Popular French consultant Pierre Menes on a video doing the rounds in the town of Clichy (where he has been hospitalised,) and the rest of the world, has told his fans he is only just recovering from the Coronavirus, and the only way the pandemic can be kicked out is for all and sundry to stay indoors.
The sports journalist has had a terrible health history and last week; Menes was on the recieving end of a queue of health issues.
The 57-year-old who is a regular on Canal + as well as other French media juggernauts like: France Football, L’Equipe and Direct Sport released a video of himself on his hospital bed, recounting a week to forget.
Arguably the most finest French consultant in recent years, Pierre Menes battled last week with kidney and Liver problems before having to deal with the Covid-19.
The Frenchman, however, took a wise decision to confine himself after having a glance of Covid-19 symptoms on his body.
“Here, as you can see, I am at the Beaujon hospital, I have been here since Tuesday,” Pierre Menes explained.
“After however a very very wise confinement at home, I was forced to call the doctors as I was totally exhausted with terrible diarrhea and not the usual symptoms of Covid-19.”
“Yet, it has been the Covid that I had… Well obviously, I was hospitalized at the end. I went to the Beaujon hospital where I had a transplant, where everything had to be checked in relation to my liver and kidney, which obviously made things worse. there the ambulance used to pick me up to take me home at 2 p.m.,” announced Pierre Ménes. “I also had a terrible gout attack on the knee, so we will have to get back in shape, walk again…normally, as indeed President Emmanuel Macron will tell us, I have some time before football resumes. Every bad side has a positive: I am 15 pounds less… Here I will return to confine myself because that remains the solution.”
Menes ended by saying that the best way to stay away from the virus was to stay at home at these precarious times.
