Limbe born footballer ,Pierre Kunde Malong’s impressive performance inspired mid-Table FSV Mainz 05 to storm Freiburg 5-0 in one of day 28 fixture of the German Bundesliga.
The 23 year old Cameroonian midfielder, made another regular start for the German side,his 20th in 24 matches for the club and was instrumental on Friday night.
The former Athletico Madrid midfielder currently in his first Bundes Liga season played for just 55 minute at the Opel Arena and was booked once during the encounter.
His teams victory comes on the hills of back to back defeats in their last 3 league games this season.
Their well- deserved win over Freiburg is sure indication Kunde Malong and his team have seen the end of the tunnel and have probably returned back to winning ways in the German championship.
