Nigerian forward, Desire Ugochi Oparanozie scored her third league goal for French D1 Archema side, Dijon as they defeated Fleury 3-1 on Saturday.
Poland’s Dominika Grabowska had scored the opening goal for Fleury in the 34th minute to give the visitors a half-time lead.
After the interval, Desire Oparanozie equalised for Dijon in the 67th minute off Mylaine Tarrieu’s assist.
Two late goals from Ophelie Cuynet and Lea Khelifi in the 94th and 96th minutes respectively gave Dijon victory over Fleury.
Oparanozie played for the duration of the game.
The goal was her third league goal this season after scoring against her former side, Dijon, and Montpelier.
She also scored a goal against Super Falcons goalkeeper, Chiamaka Nnadozie as Dijon eliminated Paris FC in the Coupe de France.
Dijon occupied the eighth position on the league table with 20 points in 16 games.
They will host European Champions, Lyon in their next encounter on March 27, 2021.
