Super Eagles forward, Paul Ebere Onuachu was on target once again for his Belgian Jupiler League side, KRC Genk in their 2-1 win over Sporting Charleroi on Sunday.
The striker who featured in Nigeria’s 1-0 loss to Algeria during the last international break where he was criticised for not replicating his club form at the national team continue his goal scoring form for Genk.
Onuachu scored the first goal of the game for Genk in the 25th minute at the Luminus Arena to put his side ahead as he played for the duration of the game.
Saido Berahino equalised for Sporting Charleroi in the 48th minute before Joakim Mæhle scored the winning goal for Genk.
Paul Onuachu has scored seven goals in his last five games for Genk. His compatriot, Cyriel Dessert was an unused substitute for Genk.
KRC Genk occupied the 10th position on the league table with 13 points from nine games, six points behind league leaders and defending Champions, Club Brugge.
They will play Gent in their next game on October 26.
