Indomitable Lions of Cameroon and Royal Mouscron’s duo Jean Junior Onana and Serge Tabekou were scorers in the Club’s comfortable win at home to Beerschoft of Marius Noubissi in match-day 14 of the Belgian Jupiler Pro League this Sunday.
The host started the game with Jean Junior Onana and compatriot Fabrice Olinga on the pitch while Tabekou settled for a place on the bench.
Onana took just 12 minutes to score the opening goal of the encounter from a solo effort.
That goal was the only of the first segment as Royal Mouscron kept their lead till the break.
12 minutes after the interval, Da Costa scored the second for the host.
Fabrice Olinga was replaced by Serge Tabekou in the 73rd minute and three minutes later, he scored the third goal for cruising Royal Mouscron.
Raphael Holzhauser pulled one back for Beerschoft in the 82nd but it was too little, too late for the visitors as Royal Mouscron defended well till full-time.
Royal Mouscron are last-but-one in the 18-clubs championship with 13 points from 16 games ahead of their home game against fourth placed Leuven next weekend.
