Ogonna Chukwudi started her first game for Lazio and saw 66 minutes of action before she was replaced by Rachel Cuschieri.
Adriana Martin scored Lazio’s winning goal from the penalty spot in the 63rd minute.
Chukwudi was signed by Lazio to reinforce the attack of coach Massimiliano Catini.
The naturalized Swedish Nigerian striker joined the club from CFF Madrid of the Primera División Femenina de España.
She played for Super Falcons of Nigeria in the 2007 FIFA Women’s World Cup in China and the 2011 FIFA World Cup in Germany.
