Former Super Eagles forward, Chinedu Obasi Ogbuke was on target for his Austrian side, Altach in their 5-1 defeat to Austria Vienna on Saturday.
Ogbuke, 34, scored the opening goal of the game in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, his goal could not rescue his side from a heavy defeat.
Host, Austria Vienna scored five goals in the second half of the game to earn a comfortable comeback win.
Dominik Fitz scored two goals while Christoph Schosswendter and Manprit Sarkaria’s brace helped Austria Vienna with their big win.
Chinedu Obasi Ogbuke was replaced by Marco Meilinger in the 91st minute. He has scored two goals for Altach in 2021 after joining the Austrian side from AIK in 2020.
Altach is bottom of the league table with 12 points in 18 games.
They will travel to play Wolfsberger AC in their next game on February 28, 2021.
