Eding Sport FC president,Saint Fabien Mvogo has told kick442.com that the club have on Tuesday appointed coaches Dieudonne Nke and Minkreo Birwe into the roles of a Technical director in charge football development and the senior and junior teams of Eding Sport FC for the next four and a half years.
Coach Dieudonne Nke has also been given the role in the club’s Women’s team,coach Birwe has been given same role for the men’s team while coach David Pagou will take up the role of the fitness coach of the club as announced some days back.
The above adjustments with the introduction of 3 high profile coaches still leaves coach Jean Baptiste Bisseck in his role as head coach of Eding Sport FC. The 2018 Cup of Cameroon winning coach has been under immense pressure given Eding Sport’s desperate start of the season.There are signs that results the coach must improve if he has to stay at the club.
Eding Sport FC currently occupies the 8th spot in pool B of the abridged championship with 7 points from 7 games and face 9th placed Unisport in their last game of the first round this weekend.
The coming in of Birwe,one time under 17 Lionesses coach and former coach of Cotonsport plus Dieudonne Nke who led UMS of Loum to a second-placed finish last season,won the league one title with Canon Yaounde in 2002 is a big step for the club. In addition to coach Nke’s success in the men’s game he can boast of 6 league one titles in the Women’s game.
The two tacticians plus David Pagou all join as Eding Sport attempt to get a new energy going forward,CEO Fabien Mvogo told this On-line portal.
