Gent new central defender Michael Ngadeu Ngadjui has been named in the Best XI of the Belgian Division one championship for the second weekend in a row.
Ngadeu first got the recognition on his debut.
On Sunday he scored Gent second of 6 goals in the 9th minute to help his side register a 6-1 win over Eupen.
It was only his second appearance in the Belgian Pro League but the former Canon Yaounde man looks so settled in the championship.
After picking up 8 points last weekend for a goal and a great performance at the back Ngadeu picked up 7 points this weekend and he is one of 4 Gent players who are on the team of the week.
His team mates Castro Montes,Roman Bezus, Odjidja-Ofoe all made the cut.
Ngadeu and his Gent side currently occupy the 6th spot on the log with 4 points from 3 games.
They face AEK Larnaca in this Thursday’s in the first leg of the third round 2019/2020 UEFA Europa League Qualifiers.
