French Ligue 1 side, Olympique Lyonnais has announced the full acquisition of 25-year-old Cameroonian forward, Karl Toko on a four-year-deal deal Kick442.com can report.
Toko-Ekambi’s entourage and Lyon officials reached the agreement this Tuesday and the club announced the deal through their official Twitter handle.

The deal will see Villarreal will receive a transfer fee of €11.5 Million, plus a bonus of €4, 15% of the resale value of the player at any time or 50% if he leaves Lyon before September 2020.
The former SCO Angers striker returned to France from Villarreal in the January 2020 transfer window on loan, with an option for a permanent deal at the price of 11.5 Million Euros should Lyon qualify for next season’s UEFA Champions League. Unfortunately Lyon failed to qualify for the competition.
President Jean-Michel Aulas has decided to activate the option to make the deal permanent, without European football.
The Paris-born Cameroonian scored two goals and provided three assists in 12 games in all competitions since he arrived Lyon.
Unfortunately his contribution failed to placed the club in their much desired Champions League spot as Lyon ended the season on the 7th spot.
The former Paris FC and Sochaux forward will continue to develop in familiar territory, France.
Toko-Ekambi, 2017 AFCON winner is a full international with three goals in 30 appearances since his debut for the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon in 2015.
He had been tied to the Groupama Stadium till the summer of 2024.
