Cameroon Elite One champions PWD social Club of Bamenda have reached an agreement for the transfer of 22-year-old Cameroon forward Edgard Tchoumi Kemayo.
The potential intermediate Lions of Cameroon forward joins CAF Champions League-bound PWD social Club of Bamenda from OFTA of Kribi.
Edgar leaves OFTA after a season in which he scored seven goals, assisted three in 18 games and ended as the Club’s lead scorer.
A statement from the transferring Club confirmed the player’s switch this Wednesday.
“Our lead scorer for last season, will continue his football adventure with PWD of Bamenda. Congratulations champion,” an official statement from OFTA read.
During PWD’s training camp before departure to Equatorial Guinea, kick442.com spotted the player among players of his latest employers. This Pan-African Sports News Agency understands the player traveled to Equatorial Guinea for the Club’s game against Futuro Kings FC last weekend.

The former Cosmos FC of Bafia forward is expected to provide another touch to the Club’s attacking options. Why not fill the void created by the departure of 2019-2020 lead scorer Leon Boyomo who left for Astres of Douala a few months ago.
The Club has confirmed the signing of Haschou Kerrido, Ngondi , Mfédé Alexandre, Kalamanji Duhamel and have a pair of Nigeria on tryouts.
Coach David Pagou and his PWD boys returned to Cameroon and are preparing for the upcoming season with a friendly game against APEJES of Mfou this Saturday in Yaoundé-Cameroon.
