Defending Champions of the Flying Officers Preseason Championship Edo Queens will face NWFL Premiership side Royal Queens, Championship side Kaduna Queens and Naija Ratels FC in the group phase (Group A) of the biggest Women Preseason Championship, the Flying Officers Cup.
Sunday’s draw, which saw all participating clubs present virtually had teams split into two groups with the winner and runners up of each group qualifying straight up to the semi-final of the championship.
Last year’s finalist, Nasarawa Amazons were drawn in Group B, alongside Confluence Queens, Honey Badgers, and Bayelsa Queens.
The full fixtures of the competition will be officially released, with the first game kicking off by 2 pm on Monday at the Aguiyi Ironsi Cantonment Sports Complex, Asokoro, Abuja.
