Spanish Secunda B outfit Leganes have completed the signing of 18-year old Cameroonian midfielder Nassourou Ben Hamed Ndongo.
The Club announced the acquisition of the player this Tuesday after fruitful negotiations with the player’s entourage.
The midfielder traveled to the Spanish capital- Madrid, on invitation over the weekend and completed the switch to Spanish Club from AS Dauphine of Douala-Cameroon to the Madrid-based Club.
The 2019 AFCON winner in Tanzania and participant in the World Cup in Brazil caught the attention of his potential employers last year during his multiple appearances for Cameroon.
Noted for his versatile game style and ability to quickly connect with the forwards through his long range passes, Ndongo is a bag of potential with all of his career ahead of him.
That fine-passing skills helped him assist Cameroon’s lone goal in one of three games he featured in for the Central African nation during the Under-17 FIFA World Cup in Brazil last year.
His switch to Spain will see him reunite with Ekoi Manfred, his international colleague with whom they won the Under-17 African cup of nations in Tanzania in April 2019.
