The head coach Rainbow FC of Bamenda Ngwa Remy has paid a surprise visit to the match officials who took charge of the final game in the 2019 Northwest Regional Championship.
Coach Remy’s side suffered a 2 nil defeat to Foncha Street FC of the same city but contrary to the usual approach of nowadays in the post match interviews coach Remy did not blame the match officials in his submissions to the media.
As if to say what he told kick442.com at full time wasn’t just media talk, coach Remy made a stop at FECAFOOT northwest on Monday just to meet the match officials and appreciate them during their Referees assessment meeting and appreciate the FECAFOOT Northwest team for the job well done despite being on the losing end.
Coach Remy meet the referees in the course of their meeting and congratulated the entire team extending a handshake to the entire team.
Coach Remy is one of the most admired young coach in the Northwest Region and his show of sportsmanship can only win more fans for him.
