Forche George of Hilltop Strikers of Bamendakwe produced a man-of-the-match performance for his team in their match day one encounter against Akam Sports Academy.
Playing at the renovated Government School Nibung School Field, the attacker netted a hat trick for his team in their 6 nil humiliation of Akam Sports Academy.
Hilltop Strikers went into the match as the favorites since the arrival of their lewd gaffer, coach Ngwa Remy.
Their early pressure in the match paid off when flying winger Nkeh Nehemiah opened the scores for Hilltop Strikers.
Minutes later, their striker Forche George began his goal-scoring festival with a beautiful goal to give his team a two-nil lead before Tata Dieudonne scored to make it three before the end of the first half.
Upon resumption of the second half, Hilltop Strikers continued mounting pressure on Akam Sports Academy. Their pressure paid off as Forche George scored his second and third goal of the match to give his team a five-nil lead.

All attempts from Akam Sports Academy to reduce the deficit didn’t produce anything.
Rather, it was Manga Davy that completed the goal-scoring party for Hilltop Strikers as he scored the 6th and last goal of the match.
After the first day of play in the North West Regional league, Forche George leads the goal scorers table with three goals, and his team leads Pool B.
