“I feel so honoured and privileged to be nominated alongeside football passionates like Mrs Maltida Otuene of Rivers Angels and Ebiki Timimi of Bayelsa Queens.
I really appreciate the opportunity, irrespective of whoever emerged as the winner. It also, shows that they monitored what we are doing, and it will spur us to do better or more”

As far as her expectation for the awards is concerned, she categorically stated that she isn’t desperate to win the award asserting that her nomination is enough motivation.
My expectation will certainly not be different for other nominees.
For everyone, winning it will be so appreciable and I share same rare dream.
But I’m not desperate to win it. Getting nomination is enough motivation and encouragement.”

“Preparations are still ongoing until the date and venue are announced.
The management are putting every needed requirements in place for the competition, while the technical crew are working tirelessly to ensure Confluence Queens make a statement in our first ever Super 4 appearance.
I can assure you that we will work hard towards achieving the target because all other opponents are also not pushovers.”

Managing any football team and club for that matter can be a herculean task in which Ojo Tosin is saddled with such enormous responsibility.
In all sincerities, managing a Women Football club in Nigeria has it challenges and not really easy. Its a known fact that the league itself has been suffering from lack of sponsorships, despite all efforts by those managing the affairs of the league, many clubs survives or remain in the league because of their passion for the game. Lack of sponsorships causes delayed and never allowed the standard of the league to grow.
On the easy aspects, I will say my gender has being of great help. And being a lady makes it easy to understand a lady problem and how to approached it. I’m a very simple though strict and sincere when it comes to business.
More so, working with a chairman that understand football and how to manage players, it has been really helpful.
Abdul Sule is a blessing to the game of football and I’m happy and privileged to be working with him.”

Ojo Tosin as the club administrator of Confluence Queens helped them achieve a Super 4 spot for the first time in the club history after finishing at the top of Group D with 11 point ahead of Abia Angels, Ibom Angels and Invincible Angels.

She is nominated as Club Administrator of the Season alongside Ebiki Timitimi of Bayelsa Queens and Matilda Otuene of Rivers Angels.
