Nasarawa Amazons finally got off the mark as they secured their very first three points of the 2020/2021 NWFL season with a win against Delta Queens at the Lafia City Stadium.
Before the game, Nasarawa Amazons had lost three of three games into the season and needed to get a win in the game against the Delta Queens.
The duo of Odubanjo Dominance and Onwuka Chidinma caused the Nasarawa Amazon defense a whole lot of trouble as they needed to make a statement.

Olamide Isiaka gave DreamStar their first lead this season in the 55th minute.
Substitute, Blessing Nkor restored parity for Ibom Angels from the penalty spot in the 64th minute.
Anuoluwapo Salisu scored the winning goal for the Galacticas from the penalty spot in the 87th minute.
FC Robo Queens was the biggest winner as they dispatched Pelican Stars 5-1 at the Legacy Pitch, National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos.
Monday Gift, Taiwo Lawal, and Rukayat Shobowale were part of FC Robo Queens’ goal scorers.
A goal by Eunice Godwin in the 88th minutes helped Royal Queens to a 1-0 win against Osun Babes at the Warri Township Stadium.
