The appointment was confirmed by the Club Management on Tuesday after the resignation of Coach Abayomi Olorunda who guided the team to secure promotion to the NWFL Premiership and assistant Airemen Ehis.

The Management extended their gratitude to both Abayomi and Ehis for guiding the team to secure promotion to the top-flight in 2019 and wish them well.

The newly appointed coach of Royal Queens FC Paul Mene who started his coaching career in 2009 was an assistant coach for NPFL side, Warri Wolves FC, and has managed different NLO 2 side like Iwere FC, Sporting FC, and Akoma FC.

The management also appointed Abonyi Ifunanya Patricia who last worked with Rangers Intl FC Team B as the new assistant coach of the club.
