After a stellar 2019/2020 campaign with Swiss giants Young Boys of Berne, forward Jean Pierre Nsame has been pre – listed in coach Antonio Conceicao’s list of 32 players, in view of the Indomitable Lions camping from October 5, 2020.

Due to travel restrictions as regards barrier measures of the pandemic, the gaffer’s scope was limited to Western countries. As a result, no local or professional player from outside Europe got the node.

Skipper of the Under-23 Lions Samuel Oum Gouet has made the breakthrough alongside teammates Ayuk Eric and Franck Evina.

A couple of new boys have been handed a callup for their first time. Saint Etienne’s Neyou Yvan perhaps leading the queue of newcomers, with his exciting skill and ability.

Other new comers in the list are: Blondy Noukeu and Boris Essele (both goalkeepers), Ngouyamsa Ahmad, Ndenge William and Serge Tabekou.

Njie Clinton has returned from exile while Nicolas Nkolou has made his much awaited comeback for the first time since Cameroon’s fifth AFCON triumph in Gabon.
