Day 3 matches of the North West regional league were in action on Sunday March 1st 2020 with Universal Soccer Academy FC producing the standout performance of the match day.

The boys of coach Soh Simplis demolished Abakwa Boys FC by 8#1 to go top of Pool D.

One of the standout performers in the match was former Hilltop Strikers attacking midfielder, Abongwa Boris. The young but experienced lad scored 3 of his sides 8 goals in the match.

Speaking to kick442.com,
Abongwa Boris revealed that his performance is because of his hard work.

“It’s because of hard work. I followed the instructions of the coach and was always at the right place”, Abongwa Boris said. He also said that, with the quality of players that they have, their objective is to represent the region at the national interpools and pick up an elite two ticket.
