A new women’s football club has seen the light of day in Bamenda, North West region of Cameroon.
Known as Precious Ladies Football Club of Bamenda, the club has been affiliated with the Cameroon Football Federation, FECAFOOT, and will play in the Women’s 2nd division championship in the North West region.
With cream of young journalists at the helm who has a passion for promoting football, Precious Ladies FC will be a club to reckon with.
Sports journalists and the CEO of Kosi_Foottalk, Yuh Joshua Kosimbom is the pioneer club President.
Speaking to kick442.com, Yuh Joshua Kosimbom disclosed that, he wants Precious Ladies FC to be pacesetters of female football in Cameroon.
“To be in this capacity gives me the opportunity to serve and impact Cameroon football in the best way possible. For my project with the team, I want Precious Ladies FC to be the pace setters for female football in Cameroon”, he said.
“Bringing in the best innovations, professionalism, branding and building a team with a special mentality of champions from day one”, Kosimbom added.

With the executive now in place, work to develop new talents in the women’s game is already underway.
Tamah Collins, the Sporting Director of the club told kick442.com that the management of the team has been in contact with a trained coach and the coach will be appointed in the coming days.
