The Technical Crew and Players of Nigeria National League (NNL) side, Niger Tornadoes Football Club of Minna, on Saturday, January 4, 2020 paid a visit on the new Minna orphanage home as part of the clubs cooperate social responsibility.

According to the Technical Adviser of the Club Abubakar Bala Mohammed, the essence of the visit was to associate with the orphans to allow them feel a sense of love and togetherness as their other contemporaries.
He recalled that the team paid a similar visit sometimes back and would continue on the same gesture in identifying with less privileged.
Coach Bala said apart from the food items donated to the orphans, the club is also looking at a way of providing them with balls and training kits in order to aid those of them that are interested in making a career out of the round leather game.

Responding, the Representative of the residence staff, Abubakar Sadiq Abdullahi who thanked the team for always having the orphans at heart, saying that their visit is timely and important, as it always put smiles on the faces of the orphans who are always keen to have people visit them.
They thereafter offered prayers for the team to have a hitch free and glorious 2019/2020 football season.
