Cameroon Elite One giants Cotonsport of Garoua have unveiled four new players and extended the contract of one retained from last season this Friday at the Club’s headquarters in Ngaldjibe-Garoua.

Goalkeeper Narcisse Nlend Junior from Bamboutos FC, Souleymanou Alhadji from Union Sportive of Douala, Mamoudou Hassana from Sahel Maroua and Boubakary Bouba also from Sahel have all been confirmed as the Club’s players for the 2020-2021 season.

Souleymanou Alhadji -Union Sportive of Douala


Boubakary Bouba-Sahel Maroua

Nlend becomes the second keeper the Club is recruiting this window after the recruitment of Anye Derick few weeks ago.

Burkina Faso forward Arnaud Sibiri was also handed a contract extension during the event after two years at the Club.

So far, in preparation for the 2020-2021, the Club has recruited 13 new players and officially offered new contracts to two players. has exclusively gathered that the Club will now focus its attention on the recruitment of players from abroad from August or once there is free movement of persons.

The Club is set to sign a Brazilian forward, a couple of players from Congo, Slovakia & Chad in August.

The Club will resume training for the new season next month.
