Olympique Lyonnais (Buea Town and Bokwaongo) have defeated Dynamo Moscow (Muea and Bomaka) by 2 goals to 0 to win the third place of the maiden edition of the Njie Clinton End of Year Festival.
Lyon had to come from a goal down to defeat their opponent. Dynamo Moscow took the lead at the 17mins of play through a penalty kick from Amih Renzo. It was the second goal of the tournament for Renzo who plays for Buea United FC in the South West Regional League.
Dynamo continued to press to put the game to bed by most of their chances were all squandered. Lyon then took control of the game and bossed it but could not find an equalizer as the game ended 1-0 in favour of Dynamo Moscow in the first half of play.
The second half began more promising for Lyon as they look for an equalizer. Their pressure was rewarded at the 49mins into the second half as Borron Collins got the much-needed equalizer for Lyon.
Lyon made sure that the game is beyond the reach of Dynamo Moscow, who lost to Marseille in the second semi-finals, as the side scored the second goal few minutes to the conclusion of the game.

Coach Bawack Paul seeing that the game could be won brought in Mbong Edwin. The victory for Olympique Lyonnais saw the team taking home FCFA 400,000. The losers Dynamo Moscow despite the lost took home FCFA 250,000.
