The Nigerian Under-19 boys on Monday emerged as champions of the African Nation’s Volleyball Championship in Abuja after beating Morocco 3-0.
After defeating Cameroon and the Gambia in their first two games, the young Nigerian team didn’t relent and went on to win their third game thereby winning the Championship.
Nigeria won three sets with 25-8, 25-21, and 25-23 score-lines.
The same can’t be said of the Nigerian U19 girls as they have lost their first two games and will be paying for pride in their final game this week.
