After scoring his seventeenth goal of the season, it has become difficult for clubs especially Europe to take their eyes off Chelsea loanee, Ike Ugbo.
Ugbo who currently plays for Cercle Bruges in the Belgian League his on the raider of newly promoted English Premier League side, Watford who is reported to have tabled five million pounds to snap up the 22 years old from Chelsea on a permanent basis.
The former under 17 and 20 player of England also has suitors in Russia in CSKA Moscow according to All Nigerian Soccer.
This is not discarding insinuations that AS Monaco the owner of Ugbo’s present club, Cercle Brugge are also in the mix to have the starlet in their team.
It will be interesting to see where the pendulum will swing for Ugbo’s career as it’s reported that the young striker favours a move to England.
Who knows, Ugbo who has played 107 games scoring 33 goals, may just be the next big thing in Europe.
