24 year old Cameroon International defender, Ngweni Ndasi Kadiang Denis has told kick442.com that he and his Cotonsport mates have learnt a lesson from their dismal CAF competition campaign and the run en route to becoming champions last season they learned a lot.Ndasi stressed they must start well to retain their League one crown.

Speaking from his club’s base in Limbe, the Cotonsport of Garoua defender said; “I feel we are stronger after all,the wait has been quite long and we are very eager to go and the difficult CAF club competitions campaign has left us owing our fans,we must reward them for the support” But to do so we must start the season well”.

Ndasi is in his second season at Cotonsport further stressed that they must pick up more points and concede fewer goals, for a better start of the season so as to enhance their chance of retaining their crown.

After featuring in 5 of Cotonsport’s 6 games in the CAF champions and Confederation cup,Ndasi is part of the 18 man squad named by Coach, Ebwelle Bertin for this Sunday’s clash against Newly promoted Avion Nkam FC in their opening league game this season at the Limbe Centenary stadium.

The defender Masterminded Cotonsport’s title win in 2018 and sounds like he obviously want more now.
