Tiko United’s Forward Ngody Jeremiah has arguably been in fine form lately, scoring goals for his club when it is needed most.
He has immediately lived up to the hype and expectations lately, scoring or assisting in crucial encounters for the Samba boys. Jeremiah’s technical and timely goals, is what have earned him praises from fans, meeting up to their expectations at a time when they need points to progress to the next stage.
The Tiko United’s Prolific striker has scored three goals in his last three games for the club including the winner against Al Jazeera FA in matchday 14 of the Southwest Regional League.
But then, he has proved his worth to everyone who watches him to be a player with a lot to offer.
Jeremiah now counts 4 goals in 15 games played so far this season. Fourteen of the matches were in the South West Regional League and one from the Cameroon Cup game against Best Stars Academy of Limbe in which the Samba boys eliminated the Southwest Champions to qualify for the next round of the cup.
Ngody Jeremiah scored the second goal at the 28th minute of play in Buea to seal the win barely eight minutes after Enow Leke had opened scores.
The last game Tiko United played in the SW Regional League match Day 14, Ngody Jeremiah scored the lone goal of the game that saw his side pick up a 1-0 win over Aljazeera and eventually, Jeremiah earned the Man of the Match Award, his first of the season.
Another instant worth noting is the SW Regional League match day four game against a resilient Termsta side, a game where Ngody Jeremiah Scored a 20th minute goal to give the 2009 Cameroon Elite Champions all three points.
Tiko United finished third in Pool A of the SW Regional League with 27points, two points behind Aljazeera and Already qualified leaders of the pool, Best Stars Academy of Limbe.
If at all the homologation decision favors Coach Kalla and his boys, they will face first place team in pool B, Victoria United in the mini Interpol for finishing second in pool A.
The Cameroon Cup Match day two game gets underway on Wednesday as Tiko United plays host to Cinyodev FA of Buea at the Ngeme Annex Stadium, Limbe.
Ngody Jeremiah who has now proven to be a reliable forward, is part of Coach Kengo Raymond’s 18 man Squad for the June 25th clash.
