Sheriff currently sits top of the championship log now with 42 points, 11 points better than second place side Spfintul in the 8 clubs championship.
Tambe has made scoring important goals his duty this season, earlier in the week his club picked up the qualification ticket to the third qualifying rounds in the Europa League thanks to an away goal from Tambe.
The former NQSA man is the only Cameroonian player with goals in 3 different competitions. Tambe can boast of goals in the League, Champions League and Europa League this season.
Tambe and Sheriff Tiraspol will be at home on Thursday to face AIK in the third qualifying round of the Europa League before traveling to face Dinamo-Auto in day 17 of the topflight championship over the weekend.
