17-year old midfield sensation, Nchindo John Bosco has been named in the Cameroon Transitional Technical Committee League team of the first half of the season following his outstanding performances in many games this season.
He joins his coach David Pagou and team mate Leon Boyomo in the team.
Nchindo made 16 appearances in 17 games for the Abakwa boys this season. He provided five assists and scored three goals from those games. In addition, he appeared in the team of the week on three occasions.
The teenager has been of huge influence this campaign, his goals and assist have been vital for the Northwest outfit.
In 16 appearances so far, Nchindo has been responsible for 8 of PWD’s goals.
This good run has taken the boys of coach David Pagou to the second spot, just six points away from leaders Cotonsport of Garoua on 34 points.
Things couldn’t have been the same without the inputs of 17-year old midfield sensation Nchindo John Bosco.
The young lad has a particularity about his performance;Nchindo always stands out when his club plays in a good pitch. His statistics justify that. He has scored all of his goals away from Bamenda and in good pitches. All but one of his assist have been made away from home.
The former Ebaidinho FC lad has settled in the top flight championship at his teenage age and second campaign.
Coach David Pagou is on record to have declared the lad has a great future after an incredible display in the three nil win against Feutcheu FC. Nchindo scored assisted and won a penalty within 17 minutes on that day.
Should the lad continue producing the same performance that has kept him in the team in all but one game this season, then it’s only a matter of time before he gets more national attention for the different national selections.
PWD and Nchindo stay at home this Sunday, they face AS Fortuna of Mfou in their first game in the second round of the championship.
