Defending Champions of the African Nations Championship (CHAN), Atlas Lions of Morocco have refused to relocate their camp from Douala to the host city of their semi-final clash with Intermediate Lions of Cameron in Limbe after their 3-1 quarter final win over Zambia in Douala.
This was confirmed by this Pan African news portal on Tuesday during Morocco’s pre-match press conference.
www.kick442.com understands that Morocco coach, Ammouta and captain came late for Tuesday’s pre-match press conference in Limbe because they had to travel from Douala as the team is yet to relocate to Limbe.

Moroccan coach, Ammouta during the press says his team felt comfortable at Douala and didn’t relocate to Limbe due to organisation.
He said: “We felt more comfortable in Douala and felt that we didn’t want to move our team en-mass due to the organization.
We promised a normal good game tomorrow against Cameroon.”
It is now clear that Morocco will travel from Douala to Limbe on Wednesday, February 3, 2021, for their semi-final game with Cameroon while their opponent is already in Limbe training for the game.
The semi-final clash will kick off by 8:00 pm local time at Stade Omnisports, Limbe, Cameroon.
It is hoped that the Atlas Lions won’t arrive at the venue of the match late on Wednesday as they did during the pre-match press conference.
