French ligue 1 side Montpellier Hérault Sport Club, has announced that their Cameroonian full back Ambroise Oyongo Bitolo, will leave the club at the end of his contract.
Oyongo will be a free agent when his contract with “The Paillade” ends in June.
“Thanks and Best wishes,” the French club wrote a farewell message to Oyongo and four others on Monday morning.
The 30_year_old left back Joined the club in January 2018, from Canadian side CF Montréal, and made over 60 appearances for the club before going out on loan to FC Krasnodar.
He returned Montpellier this season after a lengthy spell our through injury. The former cotonsport man played 13 games in the just ended French ligue 1 campaign, scoring one goal, as Montpellier finished the season on the 13 position, with 43 points.
Apart from Oyongo, Montpellier also announced the imminent departures of 26_year_old defender Mihailo Ristic, Midfielder Junior Sambia, Nicholas Gioacc and Brazilian, Matheus Soares Thuler.
2017 AFCON winner Oyongo, is now free to sign for another club.
