Dragon Yaounde forward Adrian Mboma scored the lone to help visiting Dragon of Yaounde end Cotonsport’s close to 2 seasons unbeaten run in Garoua.

The second half strike from the former YOSA man was sufficient to produce the greatest upset of match day 8 especially because Cotonsport of Garoua had their full squad against an understrength Dragon Yaounde side with just 16 players on the day.

It is the arguably Dragon’s biggest result this term and it ends a difficult run of results for the center Regional side.

Cotonsport remains top of the league with 14 points because Bamboutos FC and Panthère Nde both failed to win in Day 8.

The next round of games come up this weekend in grounds across the country.
