Reports have emerged from Egyptian media linking Egyptian giants Al Ahly of Cairo to 20-year-old Congolese forward Jackson Muleka Kyanvubu currently on the books of TP Mazembe in Congo.
The deadly striker has been a hit for the Libumbashi club this campaign arousing interest from multiple clubs abroad as Mazembe multiply efforts to keep him for as long as possible.
The likes of Olympique Marseille and Fernabache have been rumoured as potential suitors but the recent rumour about Al Ahly hasn’t gone done well with the player and the Libumbashi club.
The club has dismissed rumors of a controversation between Al Ahly and the player.
“We have not had any contact from Al Ahly about Muleka, he is home like other players focused on the rest of the season. This report is not true. A source at the club told kick442.com on Thursday evening.
The Libumbashi-born DR Congo forward came through the Academy of TP Mazembe Ecofoot Katumbi and has been in or around the first team since 2017.
He has registered nine goals in 15 appearances for the club this season.
Muleka has won seven caps for DR Congo and scored thrice.
