Former Champions Plateau United were able to force Akwa United to an entertaining 2-2 in Match Day 4 of this season abridged Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL)

There was a trioka of 0-0 draws today as matches between Enyimba and Lobi stars, Bendel Insurance and Kwara united as well as the fixture between Niger Tornadoes and Remo Stars all ended in goalless draws.
Heartland FC of Owerri secured a 1-0 win over Go Round of Omoku to maintain a wonderful start to her season while FC Ifeanyi Ubah FC also secured a 1-0 win over Yobe Desert Stars.
Gombe United defeated Kano Pillars 2-0 as Abia Warriors defeated New comers Kada City 1-0 in the last game of the day.
