Indomitable Lions of Cameroon and Royal Antwerp midfielder Martin Yma II Hlonga won three points for his Belgian Jupiler Pro League outfit this Sunday in an exciting domestic league fixture against Gent of international colleague Michael Ngadeu.
The Cameroon International scored the lone goal as his side returned from the trip with all three points.
Both sides failed to create a real chance in the opening exchanges and ended the first segment of the game without scoring.
It took 30 minutes of the second segment for Hlonga to settle the contest with a great goal off an assist from F Haroun.
Antwerp defended the goal to the end of the game introducing another Cameroonian Franck Boya in the 86th minute to reinforce the midfield and secure the three points.
The game ended on the one-nil score though both sides recorded up to 17 shots between them.
22-year-old Hlonga has scored thrice, assisted two goals in 17 Jupiler Pro League games this season.
Antwerp FC are third on the log with 34 points from 21 games ahead of their home game in match-day 22 against Cercle Brugge.
