Former Intermediate Lions of Cameroon and Bamboutos FC of Mbouda midfielder Mark O’Ojong Nkongho has penned a three-year deal at Tunisian top-flight championship side Avenir Soliman Club.
The Club announced the acquisition of the player this Monday after negotiations were concluded late last week.
The 23-year-old versatile midfielder who can also play as a defender has been in Tunisia for just over two weeks.
The intermediate Lion with six caps for the category of the national selection joins a handful of players that have left the country on the eve of the 2020 African Nations Championship.
Thierry Akono, Simon Omossola, Pascal Mbarga and now Mark have all defected the local selection for abroad.
O’Ojong previously represented US soccer outfits San Antonio and Seattle Sounders.
