The Coordinator of the Kwara State Beach Soccer Association, Mr. AbdulRasheed Ola Saraki has assured Soccer followers in the State of the readiness of the association to stage a flawless maiden female Beach Soccer Championship.
Mr. Ola Rasheed who gave the assurance via phone while speaking with our correspondent reaffirmed the Commitments of Abdullateef Adedeji led association to organise not only an acceptable tournament but also showcase and nurture talents to stardom.
He explained that the Championship which is expected to hold in April this year has been approved by the women’s Development Committee of the Africa Beach Soccer Union Absu is meant to Complement the present administration’s huge investment in Sports development especially in the areas of improved structures and facilities.
Rasheed who applauded Mallam AbdulRahaman AbdulRazaq led administration for the construction of volleyball and squash courts, as well as the renovation of the Olympic Swimming pool at the State Stadium Complex, opined that a similar gesture would be extended to Kwara Beach Soccer in nearest future.
He appealed to the LOC to sustain the spirit of oneness and togetherness in an attempt to have a perfect outing in April.
