The League Management Company, the organizers of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) have called a meeting with the twenty clubs of the NPFL to determine the kick off date for the NPFL 2019/2020 new season on Monday, 14th October 2019 in Abuja.

The information was passed through to an internal Memo which was sent to all the 20 NPFL clubs dated 11th October 2019 and signed by the Executive Secretary of the club Owners Association of Nigeria Alloy Chukwuemeka.

In the letter, all the 20 NPFL club Owners are to arrive on Monday for the draws and the consultative meeting scheduled to hold at the LMC corporate office in Maitama Abuja by 6 pm.

The meeting is Consequent upon a proposed league schedule sent to all the Clubs for consideration ahead of the season.

The proposed league schedule sent to all the clubs according to the COO of the LMC Mallam Salihu Abubakar is to consider the proposed kick off date as well as the time table for the new season.

Member-clubs are by the notice expected to attend the all-important meeting as important issues affecting the Association and the League will be discussed.
