The new littoral boss in principle will have to organize in the next 100 days fresh elections on the condition that such happens in line with elections at the national level. Worthy of note, the Fecafoot elections which brought in the nationwide regional assemblies and the national bureau were canceled by the court of arbitration for sports in January 2021.
FIFA, on its part and by its discretion as provided for, by its articles mandated the present Fecafoot officials to remain in place on interim basis until new statutes are drafted and fresh elections are conducted under their watch.
