Cameroonian trio goalkeeper Carole Mimboe,defender Elianne Mambo and forward Agnes Marie Nkada have agreed a 1 year deal to switch from their Cameroonian clubs to Spanish second Division side Extramudura Feminine.
The trio signed their contracts this week and were presented to the media on Thursday evening.
Goalkeeper Mimboe and defender Eliane Mambo join Extramudura from Louves Minprof while 24 year old star forward Agnes Nkada Marie-Claire has been brought in from AS FAP.
Agnes Nkada had a great season with AS FAP though without a domestic title.
The 2016 Women’s AFCON finalist, former AS Lorient and SCO Angers Feminine forward scored a hat trick on her league debut in the Women’s Championship in April against Maranatha FC of Douala.
She has been a regular figure around the national team and even camped with Cameroon in the build up to the 2019 Women’s FIFA World Cup in France but didn’t make the cut for the tournament.
20-year old Carole Mimboe won the League and Cup double with Louves Minprof Minproff last term and takes all of her local and international experience to Spain.
She was Cameroon’s first choice goalkeeper at 2015 Under 17 FIFA World Cup tournament in Jordan.
Eliane Mambo Lamo also won the double with Louves and has international experience having starred for Cameroon at the 2018 senior Women’s COSAFA tournament in South Africa were Cameroon finished runners up to South Africa.
The Cameroonian trio will line up for their new Spanish side henceforth.
Extramudura is currently winless in the league after recording 3 draws and 4 defeats in 7 games this season.
