Desportivo da Huíla was again the opponent of premiéro de Agosto after the two-leg clash for the Super Cup, with a win for each side and a 2-1 aggregate win in favor of 1º de Agosto.

The game that took place last Tuesday at 11 November Stadium in Angola was the second round of the GirabolaZap.

1º de Agosto dominated the game, creating several incursions in Desportivo da Huila’s defensive third. Nelson da Luz and Zito Luvumbo, were authentic arrows aimed at Ndulo’s goal, and caused numerous headaches to the Huilan defense.

After 26 minutes of play, an individual move down the left wing, saw Zito Luvumbo passed several defenders of Desportivo da Huila and beat goalkeeper Ndulu, to net the first goal of the match.

At the 29 minute of the game, midfielder Ibukun was injured and gave his place to Catraio. After 35 minutes, Zito Luvumbo again sprawled another run down the left side and was fouled by the opposing defense, and the referee awarded a penalty, which was converted by Lionel Yombi, increasing the score to 2-0. 39 minutes into the game, another drawback for Dragan Jovic, Ary Papel received an involuntary blow to the nose. The midfielder was later replaced by Kila.

In the second half, Desportivo da Huíla looked much better, hitting the goal post twice.

At the 79 minute of the game, Mabululu came in to replace Cameroonian Lionel Yombi. Yombi has scored three goals in three games, since joining 1° de Agosto in the summer.
