“First of all , I am very happy for the victory and the total commitment and performance and the players. Most importantly the Goalkeeper, after having a slacky start of the competition, he promised to take the team to the next stage and kept to his promise today. With us leading 1-0 he kept his calm and controlled his team before eventually conceding from some poor defensive marking during a corner kick.
The game ended 1-0 and it was time for Penalties. He said to his teammates. “Score the penalties for I will save atleast 2 penalties “
He eventually saved 3 penalties; 1st, 3rd and 5th. And Boom Semi Finals we are in,” coach Felix Uchechukwu Chukwu told kick442.com.
Mbang won plaudits from multiple fans who witnessed his exploits.
The keeper has been on the books of CINYODEV FA for four years surely justifying why on debut in the famous international he is simply doing his things.
